Endure - Remain in existence; last. To undergo without giving in.

Endurance is an internal journey.It progresses independently and you have the choice to move along with it, explore it, and embrace it. You can’t cut corners, you must embrace it. There is no magic pill or secret to it, just an ever evovling effort. Follow along for weekly workouts to explore on your own.

These sessions have been designed by myself and tested on clients, in class settings and by myself. Every week there will be a session within this blog for you to choose from.

Session #1

30 Minute AMRAP:

10-20-30-40-50-60…

Cals (Run/Row/Bike/Ski) you pick

Bodyweight walking lunges

30 minutes climbing as far up the ladder as you can by adding 10 cals and 10 reps each round. Simple, yet a grueling sweat, most people got in the 70s within the time cap.
