1 On 1 Training

Get a 1 On 1 coaching experience that takes the guessing and stressing out of your life. Improve your training with a plan that fits your lifestyle. These sessions are limited to anyone in the Charleston, SC area. I train all of my clients at Ethos Athletic Club in downtown Charleston. We will work on your individual goals, proper form, aerobic capacity and strength.

Individualized online programming

You already understand how to lift on your own, but need progressions and structure to your program. I will design a program just for you to get stronger and build muscle. Bi-weekly check-ins and unlimited support from myself to hold you accountable. Online programming can be accessed through Train Heroic.

12 Week Hyrox Prep

Ready to compete in your first Hyrox? This program has been tested on doubles and singles athletes to compete at Hyrox. You need an ever evolving aerobic base and a solid foundation of strength endurance. Take the guessing out of what to do in preparation for race day and follow a proven program that will prepare you for the event.
