1 On 1 Training

I offer two ways to work with me, depending on your goals, schedule and budget: in person training and online programming. Both options are designed to deliver structure, accountability, and real results.

In Person Training sessions ($100 per session) are held at Ethos Athletic Club in downtown Charleston, SC.

This includes:

  • Move and feel athletic again.

  • In Body Scans to track progress.

  • Ongoing adjustments based on your performance and feedback.

Build & Ednure

Build strength. Grow muscle. Increase endurance. Within Build & Endure you will have access to the following programs:

The Program: Strength and conditioning workouts programmed 5x a week. A simple approach that takes 45-60 minutes of effort a day, for those looking to improve their strength, aestheitcs/bodybuilding, and conditioning.

12 Week Hyrox Prep: Follow a proven program that will prepare you for race day. Build strength and endurance 5x a week.

12 Week Hell For Leather: This is an Endurance program designed to use a variety of machines, weights, and bodyweight exercises. This is for anyone looking to improve their aerobic capacity efforts with 3 endurance based workouts per week. 

This program is designed for people who want it all without sacrificing performance in one area to improve another.

This functional fitness system blends progressive strength training, bodybuilding-style hypertrophy, and conditioning/endurance work into a structured, balanced approach. You’ll lift heavy, train for aesthetics, and develop real cardiovascular and muscular endurance that carries over to daily life and sport.

Individualized online programming

You already understand how to lift on your own, but need progressions and structure to your program. I will design a program just for you to get stronger and build muscle. Bi-weekly check-ins and unlimited support from myself to hold you accountable. Online programming can be accessed through Train Heroic.

The Program is 5 uniquely designed workouts that are uploaded every Sunday via the Train Heroic app. This is for the everyday professional looking to feel  athletic again. The Program allows you to learn how to lift, understand aerobic efforts, and improve your functional fitness. Learn how to sweat, learn how to lift, and learn how to program effectively. 

12 Week Hyrox Prep

Ready to compete in your first Hyrox? This program has been tested on doubles and singles athletes to compete at Hyrox. You need an ever evolving aerobic base and a solid foundation of strength endurance. Take the guessing out of what to do in preparation for race day and follow a proven program that will prepare you for the event.
