What Is Anchor Down Training?

Anchor Down Training is a personal training and nutrition coaching company based in Charleston, SC. Anchor Down Training is designed to challenge the mind and the body through various movements, such as strength and endurance, but with a strong eye on nutrition and how to properly fuel the body. These two principles alone shift the mindset towards life and how to overcome everyday challenges.

COACHING OPTIONS:

IN PERSON TRAINING

$100.00 Per Session

Get a 1 On 1 coaching experience that takes the guessing and stressing out of your life. Improve your training with a plan that fits your lifestyle. These sessions are limited to anyone in the Charleston, SC area. I train all of my clients at Ethos Athletic Club in downtown Charleston. We will work on your individual goals, proper form and strength.

ONLINE PROGRAMMING 

$250.00/mo.

You already understand how to lift on your own, but need progressions and structure to your program. I will design a program just for you to get stronger and build muscle. Bi-weekly check-ins and unlimited support from myself to hold you accountable. Online programming can be accessed through Train Heroic.

NUTRITION COACHING

$150/mo. If training in person already or $175/mo. for just nutrition coaching.

I work 1 On 1 with you to establish a  sustainable plan to help you build muscle, lose wight, and to improve eating habits. Bi-weekly check-ins and unlimited support from myself to hold you accountable. These programs are designed individually to meet your goals.

THE PROGRAM/ONLINE TRAINING COMMUNITY

$15.00/mo.

The Program is 5 uniquely designed workouts that are uploaded every Sunday via the Train Heroic app. This is for the everyday professional looking to feel  athletic again. The Program allows you to learn how to lift, understand aerobic efforts, and improve your functional fitness. Learn how to sweat, learn how to lift, and learn how to program effectively.
