Do you charge extra for nutritional guidance?

I include and highly recommend a nutrition protocol with all of my clients training programs. Fueling for performance and recovery is key to help you achieve your body composition goals. I do offer nutrition coaching separately, for those already following a training program.

How much do your services cost?

Pricing varies whether you want to train in person, online through the app, or simply follow the nutrition protocol. How many days a week you want to train also effects the cost per month.

How are you different from other personal trainers and nutrition coaches?

Everyone is unique and in a different situation. Whether it's with their fitness levels or their nutrition habits. I provide a unique program for each individual based on their lifestyle and their goals. My goal is to build a workout program and a nutrition protocol that you will enjoy. Rather than put you on a diet, I teach you how to have a better relationship with foods and create new habits in the gym. I have weekly check-ins with all of my clients and provide constant communication so you have everything you need to be successful. I also use an app for all workout programming, whether you are an in person client or online. You will have data and access to all of your workout history to track and log progress. This is truly a 1 On 1 coaching experience that delivers energy, motivation, accountability and customer service.

What to expect when working with me?

Constant communication, feedback, check-ins and adjustments. I use a periodized approach with all of my clients, meaning there are different phases to the training and nutrition programs I extend to you. We will have weekly check-ins and conversations for feedback and questions to make sure you are staying on track. Some clients prefer in person conversations meanwhile some prefer phone calls, I believe making your life easier is the best protocol. Doing so, I communicate as little or as much as you want.
